Original one-act readings will be performed at the Art Harvest in Jersey City on Saturday, October 30th at 2:30 PM Hamilton Square Park-NEAR THE GIGANTIC HAY MAZE!

Directed by Lillian Ribeiro, one-act plays include: “Washout” by Connie Schindewolf, a play about a police officer who tries to convince a woman to evacuate her home due to an approaching hurricane; “Turtle Beach” by Aoise Stratford, two turtles contemplate their annual egg-laying ritual; “Rainbow Sprinkles” by Stacey Lane Smith, depicts a clown having difficulty with a client obsessed with political correctness; “Looking for Bruce” by Jami Brandli, a woman searching for her lost cat; and “Coyote Moon” by Donna Latham, a little rabbit uses her wits to outsmart hungry coyote.

The plays will feature Katherine Damigos, Eileen Gaughan, Lillian Ribeiro, Margo Singaliese, Trish Szymanski, and Christopher Lopez.
