dreaming of maps

you know when you have been looking or thinking of something over and over and then you see it every where? i think of maps, tents, comics, water…

saw this album cover and thought about jenns maps and how a person can become a map. i like that idea.
i hope the image comes up.

I was on a website about maps called the map room and found this artist that makes wonderful collages from maps to create new places. she makes up names for the places. The images on line are not big enough to really see.

I saw the images from this show again and thought of you- very simple construction but effective. Safe Hidey is made of Swiss Army Blankets, Wooden Ironing Board, Chair, Light, and Discarded Books
