I am researching in my attempt to organize, simplify and finalize a design for the display of my project. Since obtaining more than a few hundred books may not happen, I have decided that I will compile a list of every book…I think I mentioned this before. I am now trying to figure out a) if I will be able to print out 62+ thousand index cards/titles on a scroll in time for the exhibition. It may be a work in progress…maybe I will even have a typewriter there, with a checklist for people to pick and chose which title(s) they want to type up and file away. I have been looking on ebay for a library index file cabinet…time will tell whether I can acquire one. I did not realize that amazon organizes searches by category until just now, the funny thing is it does not add up to the number of titles they came up with, albeit it is pretty interesting:

I am also trying to get in touch with someone from the Library of Congress, since I doubt amazon has a record of every book published. Not sure how far I will get with the loc.
I will try to post a new model of my artist statement tomorrow. Also what do people think of this lamp? I did not realize it was originally for banks…if you have any other ideas, email me a picture.
