an old but relevant project

I forgot I did this project last year during the World Cup. I made a couplet series of one of my favorite players Puyol’s face next to the head of a horse in one of my favorite paintings “Automedon With the Horses of Achilles.” I did not look at the previous drawings while making the next each time trying to see different aspects of each face.  Very inspired by the saturation of soccer in the media!
